Approach:

Beachbreak is approached via a level driveway (composed of chippings) with parking for up to three vehicles at the front of the property.

Arrival:

The level parking area leads to the front door.

Main Entrance:

There is a small step in front of the main door. There is also a small step from the porch into the hall.

Ground Floor:

The property is a two storey house.

The carpeted stairs to the first floor lead from the spacious hall.

There is a living room, kitchen/ diner and a walk in shower room on the ground floor. The internal doors are standard width.

First Floor:

There is a king bedroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room on the first floor.

Individual Details of Rooms:

The kitchen has standard-height wall and floor units.

The lounge has a small slate fireplace hearth.

There is good floor space as you enter the hall and into all other ground floor rooms.

There are two WCs, one on the ground floor in the shower room and one on the first floor in the  bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The bath, toilet and sink are standard heights.

The stairs and first floor bedrooms are carpeted. There are floor rugs in all rooms except the kitchen/diner and bathrooms.

All sockets are at floor level except those in the kitchen.

Grounds and Garden:

The garden decking area can be approached from the patio doors leading from the kitchen/diner. The garden has a large decking area with two wide steps leading to the level lawn area.

Public Transport:

The main bus stop is located on The Strand, in Bude town centre. This acts as a hub for long-distance routes. The closest main railway station is Exeter St David’s.

Bude town bus service passes Beachbreak at regular intervals during the day.

Other Information:

There is good mobile phone coverage and WiFi access at the property. The nearest supermarket, Sainsbury’s, is within walking distance from the property.
